Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Waterville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of work consists of asphalt resurfacing of select trails and maintenance drives within four Metropark Toledo locations in Lucas County. General construction includes pavement repairs, pavement planing, asphalt paving, curb ramp, catch basin adjustment, and topsoil, seed & mulch. Substantial completion date: June 1, 2022. A Project Labor Agreement will be entered into by the successful bidder with the Northwestern Ohio Building & Construction Trades Council for the Work on the Project. Each Bidder Must Furnish either (1) a bond for the full amount of the bid or (2) a certified check, cashier's check or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid with its bid. The successful bidder must furnish a 100 percent (100%) Performance Bond and a 100 percent (100%) Labor and Materials Bond. No bidder may withdraw its bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Board of Park Commissioners of the Metropolitan Park District of the Toledo Area Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, and to Waive Any Informality in Bidding.
