Site work and new construction of a fitness / recreation center in Waterville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,505-square-foot, one-story above grade fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
The project consists of demolition of a portion of the existing clubhouse and building a new concession stand, club entrance, and assembly room in its place. Bids for said project must be signed and enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Administrator of the City of Waterville and marked FTFRC Club Improvement Project. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified payable to FTFRC, in the amount of (10%) of the bid as guarantee that if the work is awarded to the bidder, he will, within 15 days of the date of such award enter into a proper and acceptable contract, otherwise, said amount accompanying his bid will be forfeited to FTFRC as liquidation damages. FTFRC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in any bid, and to accept any bid which is deemed to be most favorable to FTFRC. FTFRC also reserves the right to add or subtract from the quantities shown in the proposal. The work shall commence after Labor Day 2024 and be completed by December 31, 2024.
