The City of Panama City Beach is accepting electronic (e-submission) and sealed Bids for PCB22-16 ITB WWTP Basin Cleaning Services for annual removal of sand and grit/debris from two basins at the Panama City Beach Wastewater Treatment Facility. This solicitation is for removal, transport, and disposal of accumulated sand and solids/grit from the two basins. The term of this agreement will be for two (2) years with two (2) one (1) year optional renewals, if agreed upon by both parties Any and all questions regarding the Bidding documents shall be directed to City of Panama City Beach Purchasing Manager: Tina Kunst, Phone: 850-233-5100, ext. 2332 or email: Purchasing@pcbfl.gov. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids (in whole or in part) with or without cause and to waive technicalities, irregularities, or informalities.
