Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bloomfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of January 19, 2022 the project has not been awarded yet.** The Base Bid work for the above contract includes design/build and construction of one 20'x56' concrete pad with footings and plumbing rough in for sewer and water a sanitary sewer lateral, and grading of the surrounding area, as well as increasing the existing gravel parking area. Preparation of the foundation includes removal of minimum 5-foot depth and backfilling with clean and suitable material. Total grading of the area requires approximately 520 CY of excavation and 830 CY of fill for the concrete pad and gravel parking. These improvements include removal of existing overhead lines and utility poles, site dewatering, excavation common, landscape restoration, and erosion control. In addition, bids will be requested for design/build and construction of the pavilion, with the material list provided by Menards Midwest Manufacturing, connection of the sanitary sewer including pump, and watermain service connection. Lighting and power will also be included as part of the additional bid.
