As of January 12, 2022, bids rejected for this project due to over budget but a new bid date has not been established. The City of Asheville is requesting the submission of qualified contractors to provide and install a new standing seam metal roof over existing concrete deck roof and provide and install a new 60mill TPO over the flat portion of the roof. The City is seeking a firm whose combination of experience and expertise will provide a timely , cost-effective and quality driven roof installation. Install standing seam metal roof over concrete substrate on sloped portion of roof, install 60mill TPO over flat portion of roof for a complete watertight warrantable roof system.
