Site work for a mixed-use development in King and Queen Court House, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified and properly licensed and certified contractors to provide services to restore the track at Central High School for King and Queen County Public Schools. SCOPE OF WORK The School Board is soliciting proposals for products and services associated with the restoration of the existing 6 lane track (broken back configuration) at Central High School. The proposal should include, but is not limited to, plans for restoring existing lanes and/or constructing new track lanes (6 or 8 lanes), construct new long jump runways with landing pits, construct new 60' x 60' high jump pad, and construct field event areas such as shotput and discus according to NFSH standards. Proposal should also include plans for utility adjustments or/and irrigation adjustments. Please submit the cost for demolition and restoration of the track separately from utility or/and irrigation adjustments. All configurations must meet the minimum standards and all regulations as established by, but not limited to, the State of VA and EPA. The awarded contractor must provide all mandatory permits necessary for the completion of the project. The awarded contractor comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OHSA) regulations, as they relate to, and are applicable to the performance of the work of this contract. PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS Return the proposal requirements with signature, and all addenda acknowledgements, if any, signed and filled out as required. Written narrative statements to include: Introduction of offeror to the Evaluation Committee Brief history of firm Location of office from which services shall be rendered A statement of the offeror's understanding of the work to be performed Qualifications and experience of personnel who will be assigned to work on the plan under the contract References from clients Pricing information present in a format that is clear, concise, and includes unit pricing if needed for clarity of proposal Any other pertinent data related to this project
