Description

Renovation of a transportation facility in Town of Rockingham, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

The Town of Rockingham is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for feasibility of purchase and renovation of the Bellows Falls Train Station, to include Preservation & Maintenance work to remain a contributing structure on the National Register of Historic Places. All potential contractors must have experience with Federal Transit Administration projects, brownfields and state and federal funding sources. The Town of Rockingham reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids or accept the bid deemed most favorable to the Town.
