Renovation of a mixed-use development in Town of Rockingham, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and water / sewer project.

A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The outline of the work is provided below: Remove, and dispose of, existing boiler/burner, main distribution pumps. Replace with two (for redundancy) Energy Kinetic EK-3 oil boilers W/Becket CF500 burners or comparable. New boilers to be tied into existing supply and return loops. Replace existing main building supply pumps with new Grundfos pumps, GRU-DP-31-1-15 hp VFDs or comparable. All new parts/system to be tied into existing controls system. The proposal must include: Company name and information Similar sized projects References from previously completed projects. All local, state and governmental permitting. Provide all materials, equipment and labor for the work. All training necessary to guarantee proper maintenance and upkeep. Project timeline is 6//25 - 8/22/25. This project will use local funds. All activities related to this project will comply with the requirements of these funding sources. Respondents will be required to provide proof of insurance including General Liability coverage of a minimum $1,000,000/$2,000,000 and Statutory Workmen's Compensation. The successful bidder shall enter into an agreement with the Owner using the Owner's Contract Form. Payment terms will include 10% retainage, net 30 days.
