The Town of Rockingham is requesting proposals from Qualified Environmental Professionals (QEP) to provide services for the implementation of a Corrective Action Plan at the Bellows Falls train station. The QEP will review and approve the Project, and coordinate the work to be performed. Project Background The Town of Rockingham, VT (TOR) recently purchased the train station in Bellows Falls, with the goal of stabilizing and renovating the building for commercial use. Funding review/approval April, May 2025 Contractor mobilization and start June, 2025 ACBM abatement June, July 2025 Vapor Barrier System installation June, July 2025 SSD installation and start-up August, 2025 CAP Construction Completion Report September, 2025 Ongoing operation and maintenance January, 2026 to 2029 Any questions relating to this RFP shall be submitted via email to project manager Andrew Dey, at andrew@andrewdey.com.
