The scope of work for this project includes an approximate 5,759-sf building consisting of pre-engineered metal building construction. Exterior pre-engineered metal building roof and wall panel systems with split faced CMU veneer wainscot, interior and exterior painting, floor finishes and ceiling. Electronics, doors and hardware. Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. Exterior site improvements including grading and drainage, asphalt and concrete paving, site utilities.
