This Work consists of installation of cured-in-place pipe for 3,452 linear feet of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer pipe, 35 linear feet of 6-inch diameter sanitary sewer pipe, installation of nineteen (19) One-Piece Main and Lateral Liners, two (2) vacuum excavated sewer clean-outs, and one (1) inside drop connection for the Clark Regional Wastewater District all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans and these Contract Provisions The Board of Sewer Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in the bidding, accept a proposal of the lowest responsible bidder, reject any or all bids, republish the call for bids, revise or cancel the work, or require the work to be done in another way if the best interest of the District is served. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashiers check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the District.
