Construction is expected to be completed near the beginning of 2026. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* La Crosse County Hillview Health Care Center currently operates a 110-bed skilled nursing facility in La Crosse, WI. This skilled nursing facility is part of a long-term care campus and includes a 55-unit independent living apartment complex for seniors and a 30-bed RCAC (residential care apartment complex) assisted living facility. As part of its overall master planning process, La Crosse County Hillview Health Care Center is currently seeking proposals to provide design, architectural, and construction management services for a new, stand-alone building. This phase of the master plan will include construction of 3 attached 16-bed CBRF (community based residential facility) assisted living facilities with a common core consisting of office, central kitchen, and other shared spaces. This facility design will allow for flexibility in licensing options. The existing nursing home, independent living and assisted living facilities will remain in operation during construction of the CBRF project.
