As of January 28, 2022, project was not awarded due to over budget. White County shall accept sealed written bids for a domestic water boiler system replacement. The owner (White County) further reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities and to negotiate contract terms with the successful bidder, and the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids. The White County Department of Finance is soliciting bids for the purchase and installation of a new domestic water boiler system at the White County Justice Center located at 111 Depot Street in Sparta, Tennessee. The objective of this project is to replace the existing domestic water boiler system which has reach end of life with a more energy efficient system. The work will be performed at the White County Justice Center located at 111 Depot Street in Sparta.
