Site work and paving for a road / highway in Sparta, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work described in these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and services and performing all work required to apply markings for Edge Lines, and Center Lines. All Stop Bars, Crosswalks and arrows will be completed by City of Sparta Public Works Dept. No bid may be withdrawn for thirty (30) days from the date of the bid opening. The City of Sparta reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in a bid. The City of Sparta reserves the right to accept any part, or all of a bid, or to accept that bid, (or bids) which in the judgment of the Board of Mayor and Alderman of the City of Sparta is in the best interest of the City. The purchaser also reserves the right to require a bidder to submit evidence of qualifications as may be deemed necessary by the City Administrator.
