No bid may be withdrawn for thirty (30) days from the date of the bid opening. Purchase orders will be issued only after approved by the Sparta Board of Mayor and Aldermen. The City of Sparta Tennessee will receive sealed bids for the Sealcoat & Striping of Parking Lots The work consists of applying a sealcoat and marking parking spaces on various public parking lots. The work described in these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and services and performing all work required to (1) apply a sealcoat to public parking lots and (2) to apply markings for parking spaces on the public parking lots. Crack sealing with TDOT approved hot sealing process must be done on cracks of 3/16" and larger. Grease, oil and gas spots and stains shall be pre-treated
