Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lapeer, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility; and library.
Demolish and replace Makeup Air Unit (MAU) on top of the kitchen roof (Building 200). Replace abandoned pneumatic controller with new local BACnetIP DDC controller to control kitchen HVAC system including several existing fans. Demolish and replace Air Cooled Condensing Unit (ACCU) and refrigerant coil and piping at the library roof (Building 300). Demolish and replace hot water reheat coil in existing AHU-11 and close piping.
