** As of February 9, 2022, this project is already awarded to Apache Underground and Excavating with the awarded amount of $278,304.50. The City of Show Low is extending an invitation for bids for the Park Plaza Subdivision Sewer Reconstruction, City of Show Low Project No. S-0822 in the City of Show Low. The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, installing approximately 1,700 LF of new 8-inch PVC sewer line and 6 manholes within the subdivision. The work also includes removing and replacing any asphalt or concrete to complete the sewer replacement and the installation of new sewer services. The work includes all required labor, material, by-pass pumping, incidentals, transportation, traffic control, and services required for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents. This work shall take place in the Park Plaza Subdivision along S 14th Dr, S 15th Drive, W Nikolaus, and W Oliver, Show Low, Arizona, 85901. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City. Sealed Bids Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope. The outside lower right-hand corner of the envelope shall be marked: "Sealed Bid of ______, Contractor For: Park Plaza Subdivision Sewer Reconstruction, City of Show Low Project No. S-0822
