As of August 26, 2022, the project has been awarded and is under construction. Lincoln County School District No. 2 (the Owner) is receiving lump sum sealed proposals for the Osmond Elementary School Addition. The work includes, but not limited to; site clearing, earthwork, spread footing w/ stem walls, water distribution, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, cement paving, pavement joint sealants, irrigation systems, lawns and grass, cast-in-place concrete, masonry veneer, structural steel, steel joists, steel decking, cold-formed metal framing, metal stairs, pipe and tube railings, rough carpentry, sheathing, plastic-laminated casework, water repellents, building insulation, weather barriers, asphalt roofing, sheet metal flashing and trim, metal soffit panels, roof accessories, joint sealants, steel doors and frames, flush wood doors, aluminum-framed entrances and store fronts, aluminum windows, door hardware, access control, glazing, non-load-bearing steel framing, gypsum board, ceramic tile, acoustical panel ceilings, resilient wall base and accessories, carpet, exterior paint, interior paint, wood stains, visual display surfaces, display cases, toilet compartments, signage, fire extinguishers and cabinets, toilet and bath accessories, horizontal window blinds, plumbing, fire alarm, HVAC, audio/visual, security, access control, data, electrical and other miscellaneous items required to complete work in full. This project is to be awarded under a single Contract. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Cashier's Check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the proposal. The successful bidder shall provide a one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond.
