Questions Due: 1-4-22 Install a new 2" high pressure return pipe (HPR) from the existing west side of the tunnel under Rose St at Huguelet and extend to the existing steam vault near Small Animal steam vault. In addition, install a new 3" forced main on the sump pump from the west side tunnel to the closest sanitary manhole. Extend new electrical service from the existing Small Animal steam vault to the existing west side tunnel and provide new lighting and power in the west side tunnel. The time for Substantial Completion as further defined in Article 1 of the General Conditions shall be one hundred twelve (112) consecutive calendar days from the date of commencement as specified in the Work Order letter, and Final Completion shall be thirty (30) consecutive calendar days thereafter. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the base bid. A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder. All bonding and insurance requirements are contained in the Instruction to Bidders, General Conditions and Special Conditions.
