AIRPORT HEATING, VENTILATION, AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC) SYSTEM MAINTENANCE SERVICE CONTRACT The Bi-County Airport Board for Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties will receive Bids for an Airport Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems Maintenance Service Contract Each bid submitted must be accompanied by a "Bid Guaranty" in the amount of $1,000.00. The Bi-County Airport Board of Luzerne and Lackawanna Counties reserve the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any and all informalities in the bidding. The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
