Outdoor lighting and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Pittston, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for outdoor lighting for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The proposed project: CONTRACT NO. 1 - PHASE 1 - Pre-Engineered Metal Building Procurement, generally includes: Design, Engineering, Manufacture, Fabrication and Delivery of the complete Hangar Structure, Crane Beam, Roof Panels, Wall panels, Insulation, and all incidental related work. A BID SECURITY in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total Bid is required with each Proposal. The deadline for submitting questions is Thursday, February 16, 2023, at 2:00 pm. The Airport reserves the right to reject any or all bid Proposals, to waive any or all informalities in the bidding, and to make awards in the Airport's best interest. Bids may be held for a period not to exceed One Hundred Twenty (120) days from the date of the opening of Bids, prior to awarding of a Contract. This project has a DBE goal of 3.24%.
