Renovation of a transportation facility in Pittston, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
General Contracting work to support various HVAC system upgrades and improvements within the Joseph M. McDade Passenger Terminal Building, including cutting and patching, and temporary and final weatherization work. The overall project scope generally includes building-wide replacement of the building's packaged rooftop units, packaged air handler units, replacement of the existing boiler system; new VAVs, new unit heaters and air conditioning units. Additional project scope includes new building controls system; installation of indoor air purification systems; cleaning of existing ductwork; replacement of the pre-conditioned air units for six (6) existing passenger boarding bridges. The Owner reserves the right to waive all informalities, and to reject any and all proposals.
