Renovation of a power facility in Northfield, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
Project no- 1619.036 Work includes installation of a 138 kV to 12.47 kV substation transformer, as well as delivery of the equipment to the work site free on board Winnetka, startup and commissioning services, training services, and coordination with the manufacturer of Village-furnished transformer, as more fully described in the enclosed Contract for the Supply of a 138 kV to 12.47 kV Substation Transformer. Bid Bond 5%.The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond No Pre-Bid Conference Available One original and two copies of each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the Invitation Number and bidder's full legal name and address. The envelope must be addressed and delivered to Owner's Assistant Finance Director at the Bid Opening Location set forth above on or before the Bid Opening Time The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any bid alternatives to the lump sum base bid. If a bid alternative is selected by the Village, the awarded Contract price will include the selected alternative(s).Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bidder's Proposals, reserves the right to accept or reject any item of any Bidder's Proposal and reserves such other rights as are set forth in Section 13 of the General Instructions to Bidders.
