Q & A deadline: Feb 14, 2022 2:00:00 PM EST The School Board of Palm Beach County, Florida invites qualified Architects, licensed in the State of Florida , pursuant to SREF Chapter 4.1 prior to the Proposal Due Date, to submit a Proposal for: RFP NO.: 22C-037E CONSULTANT SERVICES ON CONTINUING CONTRACT FOR: ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES OPEN TO PUBLIC ATTENDANCE at North County Support Center, 3661 Interstate Park Road North, 1st Floor Conference Room, Riviera Beach, FL 33404. SCOPE OF WORK : To provide Architect Services on Continuing Contract as authorized by FS 255.103 (4) in which the Estimated Construction Cost of each individual project under this Contract does not exceed $4 Million dollars and the Design for each project does not exceed $500,000 . The Architect shall provide all design services required by the Contract necessary to develop permitted construction documents for each project assigned. The Work performed under this Contract shall include, but is not limited to, minor capital project improvements, safety and ADA related improvements and facility renovation and repair projects. Work under this Contract may be assigned for miscellaneous Architectural Design Services not covered within the Scope of a defined project for services, including, but not limited to, development of design documents, construction administration, and preparation of design criterial packages for individual projects. In addition, Consultants may be used when staff augmentation is necessary to assist in other areas such as modifications or problem solving, design, value engineering, and all other necessary design services required by the OWNER.
