**As of February 28,2022, this project has been awarded to Primal Paint with the awarded amount of $78,000.** Scope of Work including but not limited to: Sitewide interior painting as noted in the bid documents. *The estimate does not include two (2) additive alternates - 1) Interior painting of ceilings and 2) Sitewide exterior paint.* This project will be a blind bid process awarding the base bid License required: C33 - Painting/Decorating Contractor Engineer's Estimate: *$50,000.00* All inquiries regarding the bid are to be directed to Maria Mahon, Procurement Specialist - maria.mahon@sanjuan.edu, Facilities Business Department - facilitiesbusiness@sanjuan.edu, and cc: Meredith Collins, ICS - District representative, meredith@icscm.com. No bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond from a surety authorized to do business in California for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, including additive Alternate Bids, made payable to the District. The above-mentioned check or bid bond shall be given as a guarantee that the Bidder shall, if selected by the District, execute the Contract, in conformance with the Contract Documents. Bids shall not expire for a period of 90 days after the date set for the bid opening. Within ten (10) days after notification of the District's Notice of Intent to Award the Contract, the successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Labor and Material Bond and a Faithful Performance Bond. The governing board of the District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularity in any proposals received.
