The project generally consists of modifying, demolishing, and disposing of an existing approximately 5,000 square foot steel structure at the City of Tacoma Transfer and Recovery Center. The structure is currently used for yard waste processing. Cast-in-place concrete replacement, structural steel modifications, and painting are also included.
