Site work and paving for a road / highway in Hart, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

**As of August 23, 2023, the owner accept the overlay estimate for Oceana Drive from Rieth Riley in the amount of $448,198.96** The project includes 8,070 feet of HMA overlay, traffic control, milling butt joints and all related work along Oceana Drive from Cleveland Road to Yale Road. A pre-bid conference will not be held. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. If Owner recovers liquidated damages for a delay in completion by Contractor, then such liquidated damages are Owner's sole and exclusive remedy for such delay, and Owner is precluded from recovering any other damages, whether actual, direct, excess, or consequential, for such delay, except for special damages (if any) specified in this Agreement. Contract Times: Dates - The Work will not begin before July 5, 2023 and will be substantially complete on or before August 16, 2023. Oceana County Road Commission reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of Oceana County Road Commission.
