THE WORK to be undertaken under this CONTRACT is briefly summarized as follows: Replace approximately 785 m of the existing 900 mm to 1,050 mm diameter concrete pipe with 1,500 mm diameter PVC DR35 (or approved alternate). Includes disposal of sludge accumulated in pipe (removal and disposal along with existing pipe, or flush/clean the sludge out of the pipe prior to pipe removal). Replace 3 manholes. Flow bypassing to accommodate the proposed pipe and manhole replacements and installations. Restoration of all impacted land and features.
