Reference Number AB-2022-03769 Source ID APC a) Contractor to provide materials, labor and equipment to complete industrial scaffolding work b) Company must be COR Certified c) ACRWC will be prime contractor, unless otherwise notified d) ACRWC to co-ordinate stand by and rescue services e) Assemblies to be completed by certified tradespeople or indentured apprentices f) Contractor must have the ability to respond to Emergency calls as required g) Ability to complete work plans, set and carry out schedules h) Contractor must be able to provide 48 hours' notice of change in schedule i) Contractor to provide estimates for each j) Contract must be Confined Space Certified k) Contractor must provide their own Gas Detectors I) Field Level Hazard Assessment must be provided at the end of each day of work m) Contractor must have the ability to complete work within 2 weeks of approved Work Request n) Contractor to provide current Rate Sheet o) Contractor to follow ACRWC Emergency Management System or better . p) Contractor must provide a minimum of 3 references
