This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of Monopole Supply on Demand as further described below (the "Deliverables"): The Fabrication and Supply of (1) one 31.25m Monopole and (1) one 35.0m Monopole. The Monopole Fabrications shall meet the CSA-S37-18 standards and must be fabricated as detailed in the MTSE drawings. Along with fabrication of the monopole, the fabricator shall paint the pole as outlined in the RFP long with the fabrication and supply of the foundation material. The fabricator shall also provide storage at a Saskatoon based storage yard. The initial order is due April 31, 2022. Additional demand orders will be placed until March 2026. Suppliers interested in participating in this opportunity must do so via SaskTel's e-Sourcing tool with Ariba. Suppliers not yet registered with SaskTel's Ariba domain, must first complete the Self Registration process by clicking on the link provided below. Suppliers not registered and approved with SaskTel's Ariba e-sourcing tool, will not be able to participate in this opportunity. Note: Suppliers with an active Ariba Commerce Cloud account not previously registered with SaskTel, must ensure they login using their existing Ariba account ID to register with SaskTel as the first step in the registration process. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
