The requested proposals include all labor, materials, equipment and other items, except as specified herein, for the proper and timely execution of the Work, the terms and conditions of payment therefore, and all Work which may be reasonably inferable from the proposal as being necessary to deliver approximately 25,000 or more gallons of HFMS-2P, CRS-2R, or CRS-2P with anti-stripping additive per Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) specifications. Ouray County is accepting sealed proposals for Chip Seal Emulsion. Proposal Package can be downloaded from Ouray County's website at www.ouraycountyco.gov. For further information, please contact Ty Barger, Ouray County Road & Bridge Superintendent by email: tbarger@ouraycountyco.gov, or 970-626-5391. All questions shall be in writing and emailed to Ty Barger, who serves as Ouray County's Owner Representative (OR). All questions relating to the proposal must be submitted via e-mail to Ouray County Road & Bridge Superintendent Ty Barger by 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 22, 2022. Emailed questions22will be accepted at tbarger@ouraycountyco.gov. An addendum with answers, if required, will be available by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 23, 2022. If an addendum is issued, the Contractor must acknowledge any and all addenda in order to submit a qualifying proposal - Contractor shall acknowledge any Addendum (if issued) in Attachment "B" (Pricing).
