Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ouray, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of July 13 , 2020 the project was awarded to Cobitco on June 30. The start and completion date was not determined yet. All questions shall be in writing and emailed to Bill Frownfelter. Any bid questions must be received by 4 pm local time on June 18, 2020. A 5% bid security is required with the bid as outlined in C.R.S. 24-105-201. The bid security shall be placed in a separate envelop marked Bid Security that is either attached to the outside of the bid envelope or placed in a larger envelope that contains both the sealed bid envelope and the bid security envelope. Bids not including a bid security will not be considered and will be returned to the bidder un-opened. Estimated delivery date: July 15, 2020
