Reference Number 0000381493 Bid Intent Not Available Job Location: City of Ouray The City of Ouray is looking for qualified contractors to design, fabricate, and install new entrance signs for Rotary park and the Hot springs and Visitor Center. The selected contractor should be able to design, fabricate and install the signs in 3 locations. The signs require lighting and site remediation to the existing condition. The signs should fit within the parameters City of Ouray's building code and branding guidelines. Costs should reflect design, fabrication, construction, installation, lighting, disposal of existing materials, and warrantee of all services including 1 year of as new condition. Design services should include 1 public presentation to issue design options and gain public feedback. Selected contractors assume the responsibility of permitting and conformity to our municipal code and brand guidelines. Selected applicants will be interviewed. The interview should consist of concept proposals, timeline for each scope and schedule for construction. The first sign will be located at Rotary park on the west side of the park next to highway US-550 The second sign will be located in the entry of the Ouray Hot springs parking lot. This sign should identify the visitor center and hot springs. The third sign will be located south of the parking lot entrance. The applicant should provide an additional cost for combining the hot springs and visitor center signs into one as an add/ alternate. The applicant should come prepared to interview for the project award. The interview will require a concept level proposal of each sign (excluding the add /alt).
