Any questions and /or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted, in writing and forwarded, to the Procurement Officer, Jason Hagen at jhagen@glynncounty-ga.gov no later than February 24, 2022. All Questions and Answers submitted will be posted to the website no later than February 25, 2022. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this invitation for bid will be promulgated to all addressees as an addendum. Any discussions or documents will be considered non binding unless incorporated and promulgated in an addendum. This invitation is for the Glynn County Board of Elections building located in Brunswick, GA. The project is the renovation of an existing 12,300sqft building for use by the Board of Elections and Registration. The scope of work in this project includes complete interior demolition of the existing building interior, demo and improvements on the exterior of the building and renovating the interior with new office space and storage areas. The work includes new complete exterior cleaning, CMU infill of existing openings, asphalt and concrete pavement repairs, open cell spray foam above the ceiling and on exterior walls, cabinetry, doors and windows, storefront, metal stud and drywall, ACT throughout, flooring, painting, toilet accessories, interior signage, fire extinguishers and cabinets, and completely new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
