The location of the Country Club sewer replacement starts at the Alpine Highway at 10480 North and follows Country Club Drive to the northern end of Alpine Circle. The location of the Dry Creek sewer replacement starts at the intersection of Dry Creek Circle and Bull River Road and follows Dry Creek Circle to 6000 West. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services and appurtenances thereto as included in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: The installation of approximately 5,750 feet of new 12-inch diameter PVC and HDPE sewer along the Alpine Highway (5300 West), Country Club Drive, Alpine Circle and Dry Creek Circle using both open trenching and pipe bursting sewer installation methods. The project also includes furnishing and installing sewer manholes, connection materials, reconnecting and installing sewer laterals, and miscellaneous appurtenances. The project also includes entire roadway width asphalt milling and replacement along Country Club Drive from the Alpine Highway (5300 West ) to approximately 5054 West.
