Remodeling and renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Seldovia, Alaska. Completed plans call for the remodel of a clubhouse / community center; and for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for Sea Otter Community Center Touchless Fixture Upgrades, DWH Minor Remodel. The project consists of the following: Provide all labor and materials to Install Touchless fixtures, replace toilets, hot water heater, Washer / Dryer and casework to vestibule and install Backup Generator and ATS. These instructions specify the form and procedures for the submission of a complete and acceptable bid. (See Bid Form/Schedule.) In an effort to make the solicitation process more efficient and cost effective for both vendors and the agency, the Kenai Peninsula Borough has adopted an electronic bidding process for Invitations to Bid and Requests for Proposal. Electronic bids/proposals may be submitted at the BidExpress.com website as the primary method of bid/proposal submission. For a limited time, paper bids/proposals will continue to be accepted, but it is strongly recommended vendors become familiar with the electronic process as soon as possible to prepare for future plans to only accept electronic bids/proposals.
