To maintain funding eligibility, at least $250,000 of the contract value must be completed by 6/30/22. Final completion by 11/1/22. In case that the work of this Contract is not certified by the Owner to be Complete, within the time established therefore, it shall be agreed and understood that the Owner may deduct from sums otherwise due and payable under the Contract, the amount of Five Hundred ($500.00) for each calendar day after which Completion date, or authorized extension thereof, was required, up to and including the date that Completion of the Contract is certified by the City Engineer. This provision shall apply, not as a penalty, but as liquidated damages Scope of Work. The Work consists of the Work identified in the Contract Documents. The Work comprises the completed construction required by the Contract Documents and includes all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, permits, approvals, paperwork, calculations, submittals, and certificates necessary to develop, construct and complete the Work in accordance with all Laws, and all construction and other services required to be supervised, overseen, performed or furnished by Contractor or that the Contract Documents require the Contractor to cause to be supervised, overseen, performed or furnished. The Contractor shall provide and perform for the Contract Price all of the duties and obligations set forth in the Contract Documents.
