This project is for a contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment to upgrade the landscape at Hillside Middle School, 1825 S. Nevada Street, Salt Lake City, Utah. All work to be performed in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained herein. Q&A Closes - March 22, 2022 @ 10:00 A.M. Estimated Project Start Date - April 28, 2022 Substantial Completion - June 30, 2022 Punch List Completion - July 10, 2020 Provide all labor, materials and equipment to upgrade the landscape at Hillside Middle School per the specifications, terms and conditions contained herein. Contractor will be required to complete contract performance stated herein, regardless of any other work load, including other government projects awarded to the supplier. Do not call the Salt Lake City School District (SLCSD) employees with questions. Only questions answered on Periscope Source will be considered the official position of the SLCSD. Only answers provided on Periscope Source provided via an authorized and properly issued addendum shall be the official position of the SLCSD. Any modification to this procurement effort shall be made by addendum issued by the SLCSD. Only authorized and properly issued addenda shall constitute the official and binding position of the SLCSD. Anyone submitting a response to this solicitation based on communication or information received from sources other than through official addendum, assumes full risk including the possibility of a determination of non-responsiveness and may be rejected at the sole discretion of the SLCSD. Contractor shall possess a B100 or S330 contractors license required by DOPL for the work outlined in this scope of work. Copies of contractors license must be provided with the bid. Bonding is not required for this project, and a bid bond is not required with your bid. However the SLCSD reserves the right to require bonds later. If bonds are required, an equitable adjustment in the contract price will be granted to cover bonding costs.
