The Delaware Township Supervisors will be accepting sealed bids for the following solar array to be installed at the Delaware Township building located at 1960 Eighth Street Drive, PO Box 203, (mailing address) Watsontown PA 17777 The contractor will provide materials, labor, design, engineering, interconnection assistance, permits and inspections for the installation of a 15.795kWh Photovoltaic Solar Array producing a minimum of 20,093 kWh annual solar production. The panels will consist of a black frame and black back sheet. The panels will provide a 25-year product warranty, 25-year labor warranty, and 25-year production warranty. The panels will be installed using a metal roof racking system with no holes being placed in the metal roof and a 25-year standard manufacture warranty and a 25-year roof penetration warranty. Web/App monitoring with 5-years of cellular data will be provided. The DC Optimizers and HD Inverters will carry a 25-year standard manufacturing warranty. Payment will be made in full at the conclusion of the installation when the system goes on-line. The successful bidder will provide the necessary documentation to receive financial incentives and to facilitate the sale of Solar Renewable Energy Credits (SRECs). The successful bidder will provide a ten percent (10%) bid bond at the time of the bid opening. The successful bidder will provide documentation confirming a minimum of 15 years installing solar arrays.
