Interested vendors are asked to submit a Work Plan to the Drumheller Resiliency and Flood Mitigation Office (DRFMO) outlining schedule and considerations for black knot fungus and Dutch elm disease. As part of the Work Plan the Contractor shall detail their proposed black knot fungus control measures for removal and hauling of any black knot found on Site.
