Imperial Irrigation District (IID), an irrigation district established under Division 11 of the California Water Code, Sections 20500 et seq., that provides non-potable water, farm drainage and power services to the lower southeastern portion of California's desert, is requesting proposals from highly qualified Respondents to:The project is being created to repair concrete structures on different areas of the Imperial Dam and All American Structures. Questions concerning this Primary Request for Proposal should be directed in writing, no later than 5:00 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time, Tuesday, March 29, 2022 to Mr. Marty P. Holbrook, purchasing agent, via email to: purchasing@iid.com. All respondents are instructed to furnish, along with their response, a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of their total bid amount. A Bid Bond form is included with the Response Forms. All respondents are cautioned to provide complete response packages in accordance with all requirements in this complete Primary Request for Proposal. Incomplete submittals will be considered non-responsive and will not be evaluated for possible Prospective respondents must be present and signed in prior to the start of the mandatory meeting. Anyone not signed in at the official start of the meeting will be considered late and will not be allowed to submit a proposal. Anyone who does not attend the entire mandatory meeting will not be credited with attending. Prospective respondents must be present and will have to answer the Contractor/Consultant Health Questionnaire at the meeting site and have their temperature checked. If you answer Yes to any of the questions, or have a measured forehead temperature of 100.4 or higher or you do not have the required PPE (facemask, hardhat and closed toe work shoes) you will not be allowed to enter.
