The J1 Administration Building Water Engineering Section is located at 333 East Barioni Blvd., Imperial, CA 92251. Questions and Answers Questions concerning this Primary Request for Proposal should be directed in writing, no later than 5:00 p.m., Local Time, Tuesday, April 26, 2022 to Mr. Marty P.
