EKU is seeking proposals for the replacement of the hot water boilers and tanks at Sullivan Hall. Please refer to the attached scope for project details. Additional requirements below: 1- Removing all unused equipment/material and cleaning of area after work is complete. 2- Start Up and operational training 3- Minimum of 1 year material and labor warranty. 4- All required permits, fee and inspections for installation and approval.
