Renovation of an educational facility in Richmond, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Completion Schedule: Work must be complete within 210 days of the receipt of award. This invitation is for phase I of our steamline upgrade as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky Universitys Richmond Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete upgrade including all items as indicated throughout the attached specifications. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Eastern Kentucky University reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple suppliers/contracts if in the best interest of the university.
