The University seeks to retain qualified and experienced contractors for tree trimming services. Description & Scope Eastern Kentucky University (Eku) is Seeking Qualified Companies to Provide Tree Trimming Services as Needed for the University. Work Will Include Furnishing All Labor, Materials, Equipment and Services Necessary. A Point of Contact for Eku Project Management Will Be Provided to the Awarded Vendor at Time of Award. Please Provide Hourly Rates Under the "Items" Tab With This Electronic Invitation to Bid. If Deemed in the Best Interest of the University, the University Reserves the Right to Award the Bid in Part or in Whole and to Award Multiple Vendors. Any Awarded Contract Will Be Non-exclusive. Questions Due By: 11/01/23 no later than 2:00PM EKU seeks a contract resulting from this bid to have an initial term of one (1) year from the award date through November 30, 2024. The contract shall be renewable on an annual basis for up to three (3) consecutive one (1) year renewal periods. The total contract period will not exceed four (4) years, subject to KRS 45A.145. Annual renewal will be contingent upon the University's needs and satisfaction with the services performed and the overall performance of the Contractor. The University reserves the right to renegotiate any term and/or condition as may be necessary to meet requirements for any renewal period. The Successful Bidder will be advised of any proposed revisions prior to the renewal period.
