Renovation of a municipal facility in Richmond, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This invitation is for renovation in the Whitlock building as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University s Richmond Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete renovation including all items as indicated throughout the attached event specifications. Liquidated Damages - $200 per day until Substantial Completion - $100 per day until Final Completion Question Deadline 12/06/2023 at 2:00 PM ET Bid bond of 5% is required and must be submitted with bid. Full payment and performance bonds will be required for awarded Contractor. The Contractor shall furnish a performance bond satisfactory to the Owner in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum as security for the faithful performance of the Contract. The Contractor shall also furnish a payment bond satisfactory to the Owner in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum for the protection of all persons performing labor or furnishing materials, Final Date for Completion: Seventy Five (75) calendar days after the Start Date stated in the Written Purchase Order.
