Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Richmond, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
This invitation is for the demolition of multiple houses/buildings as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond, KY Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete project including all items as indicated throughout the attached event specifications. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Substantial Date for Completion: 60 days from start date stated on the issued purchase order Final Date for Completion: 90 days from start date stated on the issued purchase order Questions Due By: 10/20/23 no later than 4:00PM (ET) Liquidated Damages: - $200 per day until Substantial Completion - $100 per day until Final Completion Bid bond of 5% is required and must be submitted with bid. Full payment and performance bonds will be required for awarded Contractor.
