Custom BT 51.1 South Hall Hot Water Recirculation System - copper pipe-Lagco inc - $50500 51.2 South Hall Hot Water Recirculation System - Flex pipe pipe -Lagco inc- $51500 EKU is seeking proposals to install a Hot Water recirculation system into the existing domestic hot water system for South Hall. Questions Due By: 3/24/2022 no later than 4:00PM Completion Schedule: Work must be done no later than 6/24/2022. This invitation is for hot water recirculation system in South Hall as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky Universitys Richmond Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete project including all items as indicated throughout the attached specifications. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Eastern Kentucky University reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple suppliers/contracts if in the best interest of the university. Project Notes: Please find the project details outlined in the attachments. 1. Removing all unused material and cleaning of area after work is complete. 2. Start up and operational training. 3. Minimum of 1 year material and labor warranty. 4 All required permits, fee and inspections for installation and approval
