The Litchfield Housing Authority requests proposals for Bantam Falls Rehab Project. Proposals from experienced and reputable architectural/engineering firms will be considered. The Litchfield Housing Authority reserves the right to award in part, to reject any and all proposals in whole or in part, or to waive technical defects, irregularities and omissions if, in its judgment, the best interests of the Housing Authority will be served. For purposes of this project, work must start within thirty (30) days of written authorization from the Litchfield Housing Authority and be complete by May 9, 2022. The Litchfield Housing Authority reserves the right to award in part, to reject any and all proposals in whole or in part, or to waive technical defects, irregularities and omissions if, in its judgment, the best interests of the Housing Authority will be served.
