Scope of Work Hvac Upgradethe Connecticut Junior Republic Invites Vendors Who Are Licensed Contractors Toparticipate in the Bidding Process for Hvac Upgrades to 550f Goshen Road, Roberts Cottage.work Includes but is Not Limited to:create Two Zones on Main Level Re-piping as Needed. Replace All Zone Valves and Add Them for the New Zones. Replace All Boiler and Valve Controls and Wiring Including All Hot Water Controls and T-stats. Confirm All Four Zones Are Independent Zones and Correct if Necessary. R&r All Drywall as Needed to Access Piping and Finish Paint to Match.
